"DO NOT RENT" ACCOUNTS

These are prior tenants who are on "Do Not Rent" Status with us. The primary reason for "Do Not Rent" Status for these prior tenants are unpaid and unsettled accounts. They either abandoned or were evicted from the properties they stayed in leaving unpaid and unsettled accounts. In these situations, we have sued for and won a money judgment (a matter of public record) or sent these accounts to collections. In all cases, we made best efforts with these prior tenants to clear their accounts but have chosen to avoid paying their debts to us.

We firmly believe that most tenants who leave with unsettled accounts with one Landlord will do the same to another unsuspecting Landlord. We have freely and openly provided this information to protect other landlords who may encounter these debtors. Do not reward bad behavior by renting to these people until they have cleared their accounts.

We will happily pay a $200 Reward for information that leads to the payment of these accounts!

• Joseph & Michele Schoepp (Lived in Lee Rd 2041 in Phenix City. Eviction & Money Judgment in Lee County, AL)
• Clint Caraway & Kip Burns (Lived in Church St, Hurstboro, AL)
• Elzie Dennis Franks & Melissa Franks (Moved from Tennessee and lived on Church St., Hurtsboro, AL. Now in Cayce or Columbia, SC. She works in Sprint PCS Store. $2,000 outstanding)
• Randol Butler & Sarah Gruhn (Lived in Tillery Ln in Phenix City, AL. Filed eviction but abandoned prior to court date.)
• James Dykes and John Tharp (Lived in Tillery Ln in Phenix City, AL. The were in the hair cutting/styling business. Eviction & Money Judgment in Russell County, AL)
• David & Angela Baker (Live in LR 454, Phenix City, AL. Gave no notice to move. Extensive pet damages.)
• Corey Roberts (Lived in Celia Drive in Columbus, GA. Eviction in Muscogee County, GA)
• Robert & Andria Brown (Allegedly divorcing. Lived in Bleeker Rd in Phenix City, AL. Left property roach infested. Long Building shed repossessed.)
• Charles R. & Laurelann Gullion (Lived in Tillery Ln in Phenix City, AL. He was a Cook. She was a teacher for Sylvan Learning Center. Abandoned.)
• Hilah D. Robinson (Lived in Drew Ave in Columbus, GA. Works as paramedic. Money judgment in Muscogee County, GA. Currently being garnished.)
• Kirstin Segrest (Lived in Vesper Dr. in Columbus, GA. Abandoned.)
• Lisa Cook (Lived in Chalbena Ave in Columbus, GA. Eviction in Muscogee County, GA)
